Bee Check

Donna took pictures today. All looked great - lots of capped cells with bee larvae in them, honey starting to be built up and capped in corners, some frames getting heavy. In hive #2 we (Allen) actually spotted the queen. Busy little thing.
We checked the floor of the hives today, and we need new sticky grids as they are all gummed up with sugar water, artificial bee pollen and one was getting moldy. Next to impossible to see the little red mites with messed up grids. Allen suggested we order 4 so we have new ones in the hives and 2 in our "pantry".
